With its commitment to sustainability and respect for nature, Terra Masia provides a rich and diverse selection of 100% organic and seasonal ingredients that blend seamlessly with Nikki Beach's culinary philosophy.
Nikki Beach Executive Chef Thierry Zaragoza has crafted a four-course menu that showcases the unique flavours and textures of these ingredients. From fresh vegetables to aromatic herbs and edible flowers, each dish is a testament to the exceptional quality and nutritional value of produce grown in Ibiza's natural, nutrient-rich soil.
