The New Year's Eve menu includes:
Aperitif - The Last Cocktail
- Bergamot liqueur, dry vermouth, grapefruit cordial and basil, fresh lime, Sichuan flower electric agave and brut cava.
Starters (small bites)
- Marinated bluefin tuna tartare in yakiniku sauce, on a smooth Peruvian lime causa, with a subtle touch of chipotle and the fresh burst of tobiko roe.
- Chargrilled hake cococha, béarnaise and fennel.
- Artichoke stuffed with spider crab and its own juices.
Main course (choose one)
- Rested beef loin with Paris sauce.
- Saikyo yaki black cod finished on the grill.
- Black cod loin marinated in our special miso, finished on the grill with pil-pil and fresh asparagus.
Dessert (to share)
- Sliced peach on pear jelly
The menu is priced at €150 per person including water, beer, soft drinks, red and white wine, lucky grapes, party favours, show and DJ set.
