Located at the quieter, more spacious end of the promenade in Figueretas, Blavós Ibiza is just metres from the beach, away from the traffic and crowds of the centre of the resort. With its own tiny ‘harbour’ and gorgeous views of the green hills of Las Salinas Natural Park and Formentera in the distance, it’s ideally situated for taking a dip in the sea or sunbathing.
The restaurant has three areas: interior, dining zone, and chill-out zone on the terrace. Throughout the day, yachts and small ferries - en route to Ibiza Town and Formentera - pass slowly by, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. In the evening, thanks to its westward-facing position, the terrace is just made for enjoying a nice sundowner, one of Blavós’ cocktails, steeped in local flavours.
Open year round, Blavós Ibiza is an informal corner where you can savour simple Mediterranean fare comprising light and hearty bites, created to satisfy your appetite whatever time of day it is. Dishes include Spanish classics such as croquettes and gazpacho, Italian tagliatelle and typical Mediterranean plates such as yellowfin tuna tartare, paella and other, locally-influenced rice dishes.
There are club sandwiches and burgers, too. Vegetarian options are available. Besides its reasonably priced menu, Blavós Ibiza does a great range in spirits, wines, cocktails and mocktails, fresh juices, detox drinks, soft drinks and draught beers.
