In the sports center at 12:30pm the Xll paella contest begins.(The Festival committee will provide all the rice, oil & firewood.) At 2.30pm the judges will sample the paellas & prizes will be
awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd. All participants will receive a gift.Lío Ibiza
