Located within the walls of Dalt Vila, the restaurant serves a tasting menu created exclusively for the occasion, where seasonal produce and Mediterranean ingredients shape a multi-course culinary journey. 1742 Ibiza's cuisine combines contemporary techniques with a focus on local produce and seafood, complemented by a wine pairing selected for the evening's menu.
Dinner takes place on one of the restaurant's terraces overlooking the port and the bay, offering guests a clear view of the annual fireworks display that forms part of Ibiza's Sant Ciriac celebrations.
