“Fine Drinking Dinner” is the first of a series of events consisting of private dining experiences where chefs and bartenders join forces to develop unique dishes paired with innovative cocktails utlising the unique character of The Macallan whiskeys.
Using local ingredients in both food and drink, Overall have prepared an 8-course pairing dinner in their comfortable bar, with front row seats for the bar and kitchen show! 8 mini cocktails will accompany the feast, including a tasting of very special The Macallan cask whiskeys.
The closed-door session lasts around 3 hours and there are very limited seats available at this cool cocktail bar in the bustling foodie hotspot of Santa Gertrudis. So, make sure you book early.
