When you visit the fortified old town of Dalt Vila make sure to go up to the bastion Santa Lucía, from which you have a spectacular view of the harbour of Ibiza and onto the roofs of the old houses of the fisher quarter. There are original canons to be seen, which once protected the upper town. The bastion is also used as a venue for concerts or other events, including the parties for the International Music Summit (IMS).
