Niko is a highly innovative culinary concept that forms part of the panoply of fine dining options at the Mondrian Ibiza hotel in Cala Llonga.  

The cutting-edge restaurant combines traditional Japanese haute cuisine with Mediterranean influences and innovative techniques using the finest ingredients. Changing according to the season, Niko's menu is based on fresh, locally sourced produce. Drinks range from organic wines to select varieties of sake. 

It has a modern design rooted in Japanese minimalism with touches of Mediterranean flair, intended to showcase the recent evolution of gastronomy on Ibiza. With a large sushi counter, it allows devotees of show cooking to fully appreciate the chefs' meticulous work in crafting each dish. The decor features warm colours and textures that blend in with the locale's natural surroundings

A melting pot of international culture, Niko also hosts Japanese cabaret in the form of its Kyabaré concept with live music as well as DJ sessions that blend Balearic sounds with jazz under the title Kokoro Nights.
