Ok so we last year we slated Sasha, one of their emblematic and heavy-sleeping djs, but it was the disappointment talking. Our parting shot "What might happen if Sasha falls off the bottom of Dj mag's upcoming top 100 disc jockey poll?" was well wide of the mark. He came in fourth - another failed character assasination.

But we'll join in lustily anyway should there be a chorus of 'Happy Birthday' when Alex Coe celebrates his on September 3 with a high, wide and handsome collection of fellow djs including James Zabiela, Danny Tenaglia, Black Strobe, Paul Woolford, Spooky, (live), DJ Oliver, James Lavelle, Geddes, Luciano Esse, Ryan O'Gorman.

Of course a blast or two of 'Cumpleaños feliz' will ring out this Sunday (August 13) as well when the real terrace king, owner of the venue Pepe Rosello, takes to the mic. Once again they've programmed a football team's worth of ace djs, led from the front by the brothers Dewale, the hypnotic Bob Sinclar (below) and Tom Novy. Bringing up the rear is Dj EASE, also known as downbeat don Nightmares on Wax, on the premier etage.
