Always one to keep us guessing, long-running Defected is on the move again in 2026. This time it is setting up residence at Chinois Ibiza, moving into the Thursday night slot.
Showcasing one hundred per cent House music from the classic to the modern, Defected is known for its inclusive vibe and community values. As anybody who has experienced a Defected night knows, the party promotes a back-to-basics brand of clubbing to create an equalised dancefloor that welcomes all, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexuality or faith (and irrespective or how many or how few hours you've accumulated on the dancefloor!)
While the party has been an island-favourite for decades, it is equally committed to the entry and junior end of Ibiza's capture zone, as much as it caters to its loyal veterans - and this diversity is evidenced on its dancefloor.
Add plenty of good vibes and irresistible tunes and you have an all-rounder with a pure House music policy.
Last year's roster included (A-Z) Arielle Free, The Blessed Madonna, Carl Craig, Danny Howard, Darius Syrossian, Dennis Ferrer, Dunmore Brothers, Eats Everything, Eliza Rose, DJ EZ, Gorgon City, Groove Armada, Hannah Wants, Kitty Amor, Lil' Louis, Low Steppa, Masters At Work (Louie Vega & Kenny Dope), Melé, MK, Nic Fanciulli, Oden & Fatzo (live), Olive F, Rio Tashan, Sam Divine, Solardo and Todd Edwards. This year's line-up TBA.
Defected starts on 7 May and ends on 8 October.
