If you like your dance music stripped back, to the point and Minimal, then TRIP is the party for you.
Programmed by seasoned promoter Johannes Goller, TRIP has been a part of Chinois Ibiza’s story since 2023 - sometimes running the full summer and other times operating in early and late-season only.
Whichever has been the case, as has become tradition, the underground party helps bring things to a close. TRIP returns for one last run before the club shuts its doors for the cooler months. There are four parties between the end of September and the first weekend of November.
First up is Wednesday 30 September, with Margaret Dygas, Traumer, Maher Daniel and Mau BB behind the decks. Dygas and Traumer are both TRIP favourites, while Maher Daniel returns once again and Mau BB makes his debut.
Next, the party gets interesting with three back-to-backs across the night on Wednesday 14 October. Magda goes head-to-head with Jonny Rock, Circoloco regulars O.Bee & Tomas Station perform in their regular combo and Tania Vulcano joins forces with Hugo Martinez.
Traumer is back again on Saturday 24 October, this time alongside Romanian Minimal stalwart Arapu. Bucharest-based Liniar's label head brings his own take on the sound, while Cesar Vinzent and Isbel continue their longheld association with TRIP.
Now venturing firmly outside of summer territory, TRIP keeps things going for those lucky enough to still be on the island on Sunday 1 November. Ricardo Villalobos returns to Chinois for his annual booking at TRIP closing party. Sonja Moonear and Maher Daniel are also confirmed.
Both Villalobos and Moonear have become a recurring fixture for the final TRIP of the year, and once again they'll be the last DJs to play at Chinois before everything shuts down for winter.
