Anybody who's spent any time at the island's Tech House parties this year, would've had a good chance of crossing paths with either Gaskin or Laidlaw already.
After a full summer of sets across the island and plenty of festival appearances elsewhere, both men join Skepta (pictured above) and the Más Tiempo crew in the Club Room at Hï Ibiza on Friday 9 October for its Closing Party.
The pair link up with former Grime MC Skep and his team of residents, including Djammin, Meeshy, Ossie and The Menendez Brothers for the final night of the club's 2026 campaign.
Newcastle-born Gaskin has had a particularly busy season in Ibiza.
Alongside running his own parties at 528 Ibiza, he's played for ANTS, Eastenderz and Pyramid, with a further date coming up this month for Paradise. His Bass Jamz series has cemented itself as a firm part of the calendar, with three dates in the bag and a closing party still to come.
By the same token, Laidlaw has been carving out his own path across the island. He graced one of the FUSE x Brunch Electronik takeovers at 528 Ibiza in August and has also been involved in Josh Baker's You&Me residency at Amnesia.
While there is certainly an overlap in the type of parties they're booked to play, their individual repertoires have their own distinctions.
Gaskin brings main room energy and the rolling side of House and Tech House, whereas Laidlaw leans into Minimal House, Garage and spaced-out Funk. Let's see what they can bring to impress Skeppy.
