Rock & Ryans kicks off the 2026 season

Saturday night live music events return to San Antonio Bay.

As the season gathers pace in Cala de Bou, Ryans Lolas sets its rhythm with the return of Rock & Ryans, a weekly live music series that blends dining with performance in a relaxed, social setting. Following its opening, the venue has confirmed its full May programme, inviting guests to settle in every Saturday evening for a combination of sound, flavour and atmosphere.

Running from 21:00 each week, the concept adopts the motto “The R-public of all”, signalling an inclusive approach that brings together a broad spectrum of styles rooted in Soul, Rock and Blues. The programming reflects this range, drawing on both national and international acts to shape a line-up that moves fluidly between genres while maintaining a consistent focus on live music.

The month began with Soul Doctor on 2 May, setting the tone with a groove-led opening. Jonás Molina follows on 9 May, before Fourmarks take to the stage on 16 May. The final stretch of the month leans into recognisable influences, with ZZ Rock delivering a tribute to ZZ Top on 23 May, and Maya Alexander Band closing the series on 30 May.

Each date unfolds as a complete evening experience rather than a standalone concert. Guests arrive at a welcoming, informal setting where music forms the backdrop to a shared dining atmosphere. Central to this is the food offering from 666 by La Buena Muerte, whose smash burgers anchor the culinary side and reinforce the venue’s dual focus on music and casual dining.

This pairing of live performance and accessible food continues to define Ryans Lolas as a gathering point within the local scene. Rather than separating dinner and entertainment, Rock & Ryans integrates both into a single format, encouraging audiences to stay, socialise and engage with the programme over the course of the evening.

Support from Estrella Damm and Métrica Recording Studio, alongside other collaborators connected to the music industry, place the series within a wider creative network. Their involvement underlines the event’s ties to both live performance and production, reinforcing its place within Ibiza’s evolving cultural landscape.

Across May, Rock & Ryans establishes itself as a solid Saturday night fixture in Cala de Bou. With a consistent schedule, varied line-up and a format that prioritises atmosphere as much as music, it offers a structured yet informal way to experience live performance on the island. As the weeks unfold, the series builds continuity, giving both residents and visitors a reliable point of connection through sound, food and shared space.
