Calvin Harris solidifies his A-class residents team for Fridays
Despite his superstar reputation, Calvin Harris is a man of modest frivolities, which is probably why he's decided not to rock the boat on his return to Friday daytimes at Ushuaïa Ibiza.
It's a clean repress from last summer, as his A-class residents team is assembled again. In case you were wondering, there are no changes to report.
Calvin's right-hand man Marc Kinchen (AKA MK, pictured above) is back alongside the host for the fourth summer. Under any other line-up, MK would command top-billing himself, but even he has to play second-fiddle when he shares the stage with Calvin Harris.
Laying the foundations and warming the crowd up for both superstars, Tyson O'Brien (pictured below) also returns. The Aussie DJ opens the stage every week from 17:00 to approx. 19:00.
While you could rightfully argue that this is the most static residency on the island, by equal measure, it means that everybody gets the same experience regardless of which date they attend. That makes it a fair playing field.
Let's face it, this trifecta is a winning formula and it makes logical sense to keep the band together. Why introduce any unknown variables and risk upsetting the balance?
If you really seek some variety, then we'll direct you to Calvin's Tuesdays. They will differ to Fridays by once again featuring different guest DJs on each date, although still currently TBA. You'll need to wait a little longer for that info to drop. His Tuesdays run 7 July to 25 August.
