The wily amongst you didn't need a master's degree in forensic science to speculate these three spurious dates were earmarked for elrow Outdoors. And so it comes to pass...
24 July, 14 August and 4 September are indeed the new trilogy in elrow's alfresco adventures.
Furthermore, we now know what the theme will be on each of the days.
First up is Delusionville. Inspired by the POPaganda movement of visual artist Ron English, the most chemically-imbalanced township in the elrow universe is a kaleidoscopic mix of art and music - a real maelstrom of mayhem, as elrow brings English's surreal vision to life.
Next, it's the turn of a classic as El Rowcio returns. Flamenco, fiesta and fun collide in an explosion of colour and energy. This extravaganza promises larger-than-life flamenco dancers, folkloric musicians, "Sevillanas," and "Rumba" resonating from every corner.
Finally, it's time to Dance With The Serpent. A hypnotic exploration of snakes and symbolism by artist Nychos, elrow's newest theme invites you to lose yourself in a trance-inducing fusion of art and music. Shed old skins and embrace transformation on the dancefloor.
Whichever one you attend, one thing is clear: there's no party like an elrow party.
By now, you're probably keen to find out who's playing. Well, your guess is as good as ours. Better put that detective hat back on.
In case you need reminding, DJs who have played these parties in past years include Paco Osuna, Wade, Ilario Alicante, Chelina Manuhutu, Cloonee, Manda Moor and Vintage, so it hasn't been short on firepower. Just as well. All that confetti doesn't launch skyward by itself.
