When?

We're right in the thick of closing party season with this one. Dramatic as ever, Tale Of Us plan to bow out of the season in a haze of smoke, lasers and CGI-generated mastery, inviting all their label friends and industry contacts to mark the occasion.
Where?
The party is a bit special, as it's split between neighbouring Ushuaïa by day and Hï Ibiza by night - both found next door to each other in Playa d'en Bossa.
Capable of holding up to 7,000 rave-ready holidaymakers, Ushuaïa is the ultimate outdoor party experience. Meanwhile, high-tech Hï Ibiza is DJ Mag's reigning world's number one club (an accolade it also won in 2022). Both venues are operated by The Night League.
Who?
Heavily influenced by Trance music, Tale Of Us AKA Karm and Matteo have pioneered the sound that has become known as Melodic Techno. This bottled aural euphoria uses dramatic breakdowns and arpeggio chords. This is the signature sound of Afterlife.
Coupled with gawp-inducing special effects, Afterlife is an emotional roller coaster.
As well as our protagonists, the roster also pulls heavily from the namesake Afterlife label. For the closing party, you will find leading names from the Techno realm.
At Ushuaïa, TOU will be supported by fellow duo and party favourites Adriatique. They released their debut album Nude on the label in 2018 and have been recurring guests on Ibiza and at worldwide party locations. Another pivotal member of the roster, Argy, also plays.
Long time coming - Kölsch makes his Afterlife debut
Later at Hï Ibiza, tough no-nonsense sounds will reverberate around the Club Room, with Kobosil, Anetha, Clara Cuvé and prized back-to-back partnership Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann for a line-up that wouldn't be out of place in a warehouse in East Berlin.
The Theatre is lacking in big names either. A backbone of Afterlife stars including Kevin de Vries, Innellea, Colyn and Chris Avantgarde all support Tale Of Us, while Kölsch is a long overdue Afterlife debutant. Overall, it's brimming with talent.
