Clubbing TV reveals its hottest streaming DJs

Ibiza favourites dominate the top 10.

After a decade of broadcasts and over 1,500 hours of mixes, streaming platform Clubbing TV has revealed its top 40 DJs.

The 24/7 channel asked a dozen-strong panel of industry insiders to take part. Scoring was based on criteria such as regularity, quality, concept and charitable endeavours.

Their top ten includes some of Ibiza's biggest dance music personalities, including David Guetta (3rd), Bob Sinclar (6th) and trance icon Paul Van Dyk (8th).

There's no prizes for guessing who earned the number one spot. That's right, it's Carl Cox. Another gong to add to his mantlepiece. Well done Coxy!

Finishing a notable second place is sensational improvisor Marc Rebillet, who has been setting the internet alight over the past few years.

Awards were also dished out to special categories, such as ‘most original format', ‘biggest line-up' and ‘longest' which was a Guinness World Record set by Mark Ursa.

Since the pandemic began, streaming has gone into overdrive as a substitute for our beloved clubbing. Whilst it doesn't quite fill the void, it's definitely the next best thing and we're thankful for the hours of entertainment.

Next year, Clubbing TV intends to get its viewership involved in the poll, so if you don't agree with the above, you can have your say in 2021. For the full Top 40 rundown check here.

In the meantime, get stuck into Clubbing TV's archive and relive some classic streams.
