Ibiza band Alamar presents music born on the island

Check out the new pop rock music band in a free concert sponsored by Cala Bonita.

Alamar, the pop rock band born in Ibiza is set to give a concert featuring tracks from its album at the Ibiza Town venue Can Ventosa, this Wednesday 5 December at 21:30.

Thanks to the support of concert sponsor, Cala Bonita, the beach restaurant that overlooks S'Estanyol beach, music fans can see the concert for free.

The band first came about in 2015, when singer and composer Azahar López joined forces with Omar Gisbert, a producer and guitarist. After recording their first song, the album El primer viaje soon followed.

As well as the album songs, the band will also be performing some surprises that are not on the album, including a performance from Barcelona singer Maria Isas.

This concert is one of the first public presentations of the group's first album and comes after a long search to find the right musicians to create Alamar as a true and fully functional music band.

Alamar is made up of Azahar López on vocals/guitar, David Adan on drums, Luis Iglesias playing bass, Mario Hosch on guitar and Omar Gisbert on sound.

For a great selection of pop rock music from Ibiza head to Can Ventosa this Wednesday.
