Can Tanca, better known as The Farm, located near the village of Santa Gertrudis, is the 12-hectare 400 year-old finca belonging to Six Senses Resort.
Featuring also an oil press, the site is bursting with goodness: beetroot, kale, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, strawberries, vines and fig and citrus trees among others. An absolute haven for biodiversity.
On 24 September they have organised a beautiful activity open to all public: the Six Senses food donation.
From 16:00 to 20:00 h go and visit The Farm to join this years' giving food movement, enjoy some tasty food and listen to good live music, learn about food preservation techniques, participate in a wellness class and more. Plus, kids are more than welcome.
There's no admission fee, but since the event will be collecting food to be donated, make sure you bring some non-perishable food as your entrance fee!
