Ibizan cuisine characterizes for its quality and flavour, and one of the most popular recipes is the flaó, a cheese-based dessert with mint and anise that is a hit at any time of the year. And now you can learn how to prepare it!

Join this wonderful workshop on 9 May from 10 h to 12:30 h at the restaurant Tierra de Ibiza Culinary Tradición Culinaria, where they will teach you how to cook this exquisite dessert and where you will also enjoy a tasting of local products.

Registration costs 10 € for the benefit of a non-profit association and the places are limited.
