The village of Jesús, near Ibiza town, celebrates its fiestas with a wide programme of activities from 26 August to 30 September.
The big day is 8 September, when a traditional mass, a procession, traditional dances, an exhibition of old motorbikes, a parade of carts, children's games, a concert by the Municipal Band of Music and live performances by The Metrallas and Thre3vil are all scheduled to take place.
Among the highlights for this year:
- Saturday 26 August: From 18:30 h, popular party and traditional grape treading followed by traditional dances.
- Friday 1 September: 19:00 h - cleaning and racking of the wine.
- From Saturday 2 to Friday 8 September: every day from 18:00 h, expect Food & Trucks and live music at the plaza.
- Sunday 3 September: At 6:00 h, popular walk to see the sunrise at S'Estanyol (swimming, kayak and more). Meeting point at the main square in Jesús.
- Monday 4 September: From 19:00 h, children party with inflatables and foam party.
- Wednesday 6 September: Big Flower Power Party together with Pacha within the celebrations of its 50 anniversary.
- Thursday 7 September: at 20:30 h, concert tribute to Tina Turner.
- Friday 8 September: Jesús big day, all day.
- Sunday 10 September: From 10:00 h, IX Infant Gymkhana by bicycle.
- Saturday 30 September: At 19:30 h, guided walk under the full moon. Meeting point at the Church.
