Every Thu from 5 June 2025 until 30 October 2025, from 17:00
Where: Santa Eulalia, Ibiza
While there are only a few stands, this small market offers a nice range of locally produced, ecological fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices.
Organised by the Association of Producers of Organic Agriculture of Ibiza and Formentera (APAEEF), this market is intended to support the production of ecological produce on the island and encourage the consumption of healthy, sustainable food.
There are also children's activities like painting and craftworking, and workshops for the whole family, for example, on how to create a healthy mosquito repellent from natural ingredients.
The market takes place each Thursday afternoon in the Can Planeta interpretion centre (an educational centre about the river of Santa Eulalia). During the market, the centre is also open to the public.
The centre has lots of information explaining the history of the river and its importance to the inhabitants of Santa Eulalia. The system of canals, irrigation channels, orchards and mills still forms a prominent part of the valley, as can be seen from the viewpoint at the house.
Where: In front of the Centro de interpretación del Rio Can Planetes, near the southern end of the old stone bridge at the entrance to Santa Eulalia (see Google maps).
When: On Thursday afternoons during the summer season - the times adjust according to the sunset. Please find the actual times on the Instagram page of the association.
