Where:
During the months of February and March the cookery workshops run by the chef Marga Onell return as part of the Patrimoni Gastronòmic Days. Each workshop will focus on a different type of cuisine.
This year's workshops are the following:
- Thursday 16 February at 18:30 h. Japanese cuisine workshop (sushi).
- Friday 24 February at 19:30 h. Asian vegetarian cooking workshop (ramen, pad thai, Vietnamese rolls).
- Saturday 4 March at 16:30 h. Arabic cooking workshop (hummus, falafel, kebap, Turkish bread).
- Friday 17 March at 18:30 h. Italian cooking workshop (fresh pasta, focaccia, tiramisu).
- Saturday 25 March at 18:30 h. Cooking workshop: world, healthy and gluten-free dishes.
- Friday 31 March at 18:00 h. Workshop on the Balearic Islands doughs, with xeixa flour (a type of flour made with great quality wheat tastier than the ordinary), vegetable cakes, pies and bread.
The price to participate is 20 € per workshop.
