On Tuesday 11 October, the beautiful Finca La Plaza Restaurant, in Santa Gertrudis, has organized a fantastic charity dinner with APNEEF, who support people with special needs throughout Ibiza and Formentera.
From 19:30 h, this special event will present a three-course dinner consisting on:
Appetizers to share:
- Carob or "Xeixa" bread, Datterino tomato, lemon, basil
- White asparagus, black truffle & roasted almond pesto, tarragon emulsion
- Smoked red pepper croquette, Japanese Wagyu nigiri flambé
- Miso violet aubergine
Main dishes to choose:
- Pan seared black cod, smoked aubergine, garlic, tamarind
- "Marela" beef filet glazed, baby carrot, potatoes
Dessert:
- Amarena cherry and almond lollipop
Tickets cost 65 € per person and all proceeds will be destined to APNEEF.
