San Fernando, Formentera
A sleepy little village where tourism started with an
influx of hippies looking for the simple life. They gathered in this small village and made the Fonda Pepe their main meeting place. San Fernando still retains that 'laid back'
feel.
There is a cash-point, and you can eat excellent 'tapas' on the main road. A perfect fortifying stop on your bicycle route around the island.
