These professional SUP trainers bring you these excellent Stand Up Paddle (SUP) tours and SUP yoga classes, all starting from the natural harbour of Cala Vadella. Here you can explore the waters, check out ancient caves and catch a beautiful sunset. You'll get a run-through of how to use the SUP boards, so no previous experience is necessary for any of these options.
Paddle Surf sunset tour (1 hour)
A very gratifying tour that takes you out to sea to see the glorious sunset. Before this magical hour of the day, you will have time to become familiar with the SUP, practising by the shore. Once you feel confident, you will head out to visit the caves of Cala Vadella. Then you'll watch the sunset on the boards from the mouth of the bay of Cala Vadella.
Available: every day, always one hour before sunset
SUP Yoga classes (1.5 hours)
In the SUP yoga classes, you'll practise an entire yoga class on a SUP board, on the sea close to the beach. By balancing on one of these boards, you'll increase your flexibility and coordination that bit extra. After the class, you can go for a healthy breakfast at the Vadella Beach Bar (optional).
Morning SUP yoga helps achieve harmony by waking you up, giving you energy and bringing calm and clarity for the day ahead.

Cave discovery tour (2 hours)
The picturesque bay of Cala Vadella is surrounded by crystal clear waters, caves, and hidden secrets just waiting to be discovered. You will meet at the Paddle Surf school, where you'll have time to get changed and store your belongings before being given an introduction to the technique of paddle surf. Then, in the water, you'll have 15 minutes to become comfortable on your board before setting out to sea. You will then row along the coast, discovering scenic spots along the way.
