Ibiza Spotlight has become aware of unauthorised resellers offering our club tickets on the street and passing themselves off as official employees of the company.
All Ibiza Spotlight club tickets are sold exclusively online. We do not have street sellers, so if someone approaches you in Ibiza offering a physical Ibiza Spotlight ticket, they are not selling on our behalf and are likely scammers.
Just generally, purchasing second-hand tickets from any source is fraught with risk.
The ticket you have purchased may already have been cancelled; furthermore, if you are asked to provide ID matching the name on the ticket, the inability to do so is grounds for refusal of entry without refund.
Despite what they may claim, resale platforms cannot guarantee that any ticket listed is genuine or that it hasn't been duplicated. Unfortunately, buyers may only discover there's a problem when they reach the club door and the ticket is rejected.
If a ticket is fake or has already been scanned, you'll have to buy another to get in. Door prices are invariably higher than online pre-sale prices and, if the party is sold out, buying another ticket may not even be an option.
Furthermore, if you have acquired a second-hand ticket, data protection laws mean we are unable to verify the legitimacy of the ticket, which can prove frustrating for both you and ourselves.
Even if we were able to, that could never rule out the possibility that the ticket has been duplicated numerous times.
The safest option is simple: buy online directly from Ibiza Spotlight, preferably before arriving on the island. Booking early also gives you access to the best available prices and avoids the likelihood of you missing out on the popular parties that do sell out.
