Ditch electronic music for a moment, it's time to get those hips swinging. It's no secret that club culture is booming in South American. While electronic music has its fair share of the market there, Reggaeton - the Spanish language movement - is on course for world domination.
Naturally, the sound is right at home in Latin American - and nowhere more so than Argentina.
Now Polenta is the latest party sensation to break out of the nation and make a beeline for Ibiza's shores.
This exciting new brand hits the island for the first time next week, landing at Bora Bora for a daytime party on Tuesday 14 July. The action will take place at the newly remodelled poolside of the apartments that back onto Playa Soleil, from 16:00 until 23:00.
DJs Juan Moreno, Bichi Gimenez and Yohenkwart will be on hand to play the best in Reggaeton, Trap, Pop and the regional "Cumbia" - a style derived from traditional folk music, which leans more into R&B than it does Hip-Hop.
Now we established the basics, what is it that sets Polenta apart from other Latin parties you might find on the island?
Podium girls will fire merch from a t-shirt launchers from above-high into the crowd below. Then there's always time for churros, with the sweet treat handed out to attendees - that should give you a nice injection of sugar when you need it most!
Finally, there's the Angels Crew - or "Angeles Polenta" as they are known at home. They are club pastors, checking on welfare and making sure everybody in attendance is being looked after and enjoying themselves. Truly heaven sent.
All that said, rest assured the dancefloor is the heart of the party. Just expect the heat to be turned up a little more.
