About Pacha's Grand Opening Weekend
Taking place the same weekend as International Music Summit (IMS), Pacha Ibiza's Grand Opening Weekend brings together all the elements that have made the club the most recognised brand in nightlife worldwide over a full three day programme. The cherries are gonna gleam!
Pacha opens its doors for its part one, welcoming longtime Friday resident Marco Carola to headline and officially launch the new season. It may still be early in the season, but this weekend is shaping up to be one of Ibiza's hottest opening weekends in history.
When?
23:00 - 06:00 on Friday 24 April
(immediately following annual outdoor season curtain-raiser IMS Grand Finale, which is held in nearby Dalt Vila - the ancient Old Town that overlooks the capital)

Ibiza Town is the capital of the island. You'll find a metropolitan centre, the Old Town and the port area, each with its own character, vibe and plenty of lively bars to start your evening. They're about a 10-15 minute walk from Pacha or a short taxi ride.
For those traveling to the resort, you can take the L3 disco bus from San Antonio or the less frequent L13 from the direction of Santa Eulalia. There is a taxi rank immediately outside the club, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Many open late-night.

Who?
Pacha welcomes Friday night mainstay Marco Carola to lead part one of the club's mammoth Grand Opening Weekend to launch the new season. Fridays are synonymous with Carola, making him the natural choice to kick things off ahead of his Music On residency, which starts in May.
While the cult around Carola is multi-national, a large percentage of his following is Italian and this is reflected on the dancefloor. What can we say, people from Italy passionately love their Techno and their adulation for the party talisman knows no bounds.
His presence will be felt across the island that weekend, as he also hosts part three at sister-venue Destino Five Ibiza on Sunday. The people have spoken: Carola is king.
