For us Spotlighters (and just about everybody else), this can be a bittersweet time of year. After five months of relentless fun, late nights, aching feet, ringing ears and countless memories, October signals the end of the Ibiza summer.
While it's not a full month of action, the first two weeks of October are jam-packed with closing parties and top-secret villa blowouts. Many say these are the very best parties of the entire season, and as much as I adore every part of Ibiza life, I'm inclined to agree.
For those of you lucky enough to be on the island at this time, I've hand-picked five sets that I think are totally unmissable.
Dizzee Rascal (live) | Ibiza Rocks Closing Party
Wednesday 1 October
Alright, picture this, not a DJ set, but rather a live performance from an artist who hasn't graced the island in years. After a last-minute reschedule, Dizzee Rascal is finally making his highly anticipated return to Ibiza with a special live PA at the Ibiza Rocks Closing Party.
Breaking onto the scene in the early 2000s, the renowned Grime MC and British Rap OG Dizzee still brings the same magnetic energy that made him a household name. He'll perform his nostalgic back catalogue of chart topping anthems that dominated our youth.
Groove Armada | Kaoz Theory | Chinois Ibiza
Thursday 2 October
UK electronic music duo Groove Armada have been called up by New Jersey House music hero Kerri Chandler for the penultimate shindig of his Kaoz Theory run at Chinois Ibiza. While we can't promise that they'll play all of their original material, we can ensure that they'll bring a solid shake-up and their own kind of kaoz to the night.
After a string of standout shows over the summer, this night marks your final chance to catch them on the island in 2025. They will be joined by Syreeta and The Checkup.
Salomé Le Chat | Metamorfosi closing party | Hï Ibiza
Friday 3 October
Represented by leading talent agency Prime Culture, Salomé Le Chat has experienced the most life-changing year of her career so far.
This summer, she’s been a go-to name for Ibiza’s biggest parties, becoming one of the most prevalent female talents on the island. From opening for Carl Cox, to playing at major parties like Paradise, ANTS, Black Coffee and Solid Grooves, she's achieved an Ibiza run to be proud of. We reckon it only falls a little short of having her own residency.
To close out an unforgettable season, Salomé has two final dates lined up. First up, you can catch her at Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi closing party at Hï Ibiza alongside Chris Stussy, Indira Paganotto, Kobosil, VTSS, Murphy’s Law and more.
Honey Dijon | Amnesia Closing Festival Day Two
Saturday 11 October
Grammy Award-winning DJ, producer and fashion icon whose music and style have made her a leading figure in the dance music scene, Honey "f*ckin'" Dijon is about as apex as it's possible to get.
After her own mini residency this summer, which finished mid July, she’s back to headline the second part of the Amnesia Closing Festival with an intriguing back-to-back with Italian Marco Faraone. This curious combo is sure to deliver surprises.
To see her, not only away away from her usual Ibiza setting, but also on a bigger stage, is what makes this so special.

Peggy Gou | [UNVRS] Closing Party
Sunday 12 October
After an incredible debut year, [UNVRS] has proved to be the place to be on the island this summer, drawing in huge headliners seven days a week. For the final chapter of a much-talked about Trilogy, organiser TNL invites Korean powerhouse and style icon Peggy Gou.
Potentially the most famous female DJ on the planet, Peggy is famously selective about her island appearances, hand-picking only the coolest parties each summer. For the grand finale, she headlines alongside ANOTR, Anyma, Black Coffee, Rampa and Vintage Culture.
