Fans of the world-famous fusion cuisine created by imagination of Nobu Matsuhisa will absolutely love the weekly Sunday Brunch concept at Nobu Ibiza Bay Restaurant.
The wonderful brunch menu is a feast of 12 signature Nobu dishes, including the perennial favourites of black cod miso, yellowtail with Jalapeños and baby spinach salad, combined with some brand-new creations for 2021. Some of the portions may be bite-size, but you can ask for as many refills as you like!
Stand out surprise of the new dishes was the country chicken thigh in Anticucho sauce, which was juicy and spicy in equal measure.
If you’re feeling frisky, we fully recommend taking the drink pairing option. The combination of a smooth Japanese mojito, a few cups of dry and sharp Hokusetsu Sake, Nobu’s own hot and spicy Bloody Mary and rounded off with sweet Sauternes Prince Aubin dessert wine completed the whole experience perfectly.

We loved the refreshing breeze blowing in from the sparkling bay of Talamanca, which cooled us while we ate. All the while, DJ Santanna lifted the mood around the bustling poolside with her fine selection of party classics. This weekend she will be back behind the decks to keep the summer vibes alive.
