Say goodbye to 2016 and party

Ibiza doesn't need an excuse to party and New Year's Eve, or Nochevieja as it's known here, is no exception. If a fantastic meal with good friends, live music and a bit of a boogie are the ways that you like to roll in the New Year, then here is a selection of the best places to welcome in 2017.

Rio Ibiza

This will be the first chance to experience New Year at this classy venue right on the waterfront in San Antonio which opened last Spring. Offering a delicious and varied five-course menu, including a seafood platter starter and a slow roasted lamb shoulder main, there is plenty of choice for all tastes.

Whilst you dine you can enjoy the amazing views over the marina and at midnight, after enjoying the traditional lucky grapes with a complimentary drink, it's time to head to their private club to dance the night away with DJs playing until dawn.
