Minami Enkai is a special monthly event hosted at the elegant Minami Japanese Restaurant, located within the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel.
Each edition features an exclusive Omakase-dining experience crafted by the head chef, offering guests a refined culinary journey through authentic Japanese flavours.
The tasting menu is priced at €50, (includes a welcome glass of Möet & Chandon)
with an optional drinks pairing available for €20, including unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
It is possible to choose either the 20:00 or the 22:30 time slot, as there are two available sessions
