On Tuesday, 16 September, from 19:30 onwards, the second edition of the Kaitai event will take place at the Minami restaurant, offering a unique experience that combines Japanese tradition with fine dining. The price is €90 per person, which includes the Kaitai ceremony, a four-course tasting menu, and drinks.
Minami is located in Playa d'en Bossa, in the Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, right by its lobby entrance.
The evening will begin at the Up Ibiza Sky Society, the rooftop bar located on top of the adjacent The Unexepected Ibiza Hotel, with the tuna cutting ceremony, where guests can witness this impressive ritual. At 20:30, the experience will continue at Minami Japanese Restaurant with the tasting menu.
