Minami is located in Playa d'en Bossa, in the Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, right by its lobby entrance.
The evening will begin at Up Ibiza Sky Society, the rooftop bar located on top of the adjacent The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, at 19:00 with the Kaitai de Atún (Tuna Kaitai) ceremony, where guests can witness this impressive ritual, followed by a four-course tasting. At 20:30, the experience will continue at Minami Japanese Restaurant with the tasting menu.
