This year the show will be dedicated to the Spanish Transition (1973-1982). The exhibition is organized by the Department of Culture and Joan Ramis Macià, curator.
In this exhibition, they've wanted to differentiate those comics properly written and drawn by Spanish authors from those others who, mostly from France and Italy, did not see the light in Spain due to the harsh censorship dispositions of the Information Commission and Children and Youth Publications (CIPIJ), censors from 1963 to 1978.
