Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay’s Executive Chef, Giacomo Notarbartolo and Nobu Milano’s Executive Chef Antonio D’Angelo will be joining forces on Thursday 26th August to bring an exclusive dining experience to Nobu Restaurant Ibiza.

Being served at one of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after dining hotspots, guests will start the evening with a selection of hors d'œuvre including Beetroot Gunkan with Avocado and Toro and Caviar Nori Tacos. The Four Hand Dinner commences with a zesty Mango Ceviche with Mediterranean Yellowtail followed by a selection of freshly prepared sushi including King Crab yuzukosho gratiné. The third course sees Zucchini flower tempura stuffed with a Nobu signature; Black Cod. Succulent pork Gyozas are then served with a Red Shrimp and Almond Gazpacho followed by a taste explosion with the Black Garlic den Miso Lamb. To complete the Four Hand Dinner is a Green Tea Biscuit and Creamy Figs.
