Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay’s Executive Chef, Enrico Maimonte and Nobu Milano’s Executive Chef Antonio D’Angelo will be joining forces on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 June to bring an exclusive dining experience to Nobu Restaurant Ibiza.

Being served at one of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after dining hotspots, guests will start the evening with a very special menu with selective produce from Italy and Ibiza Bay's most popular dishes, prepared in the purest Nobu style.

  • Salmon, Goma Tosatzu, Baby Spinach and Black Garlic Miso
  • Seared Toro, Caviar, Asparagus with Jalapeno Dressing
  • Wagyu Gyoza, Zucchini, Truffle Butter with Pumpkin Pure and Nashi Pear Sauce
  • Scallops Dry Miso, Celery Purè and Tomato Gazpacho
  • Duck Breast 62°, Crispy Kale with Sancho Pepper, Sweet Potato Purè and Hierbas Soy Sauce
