CBbC Cala Bassa hosts a new charity dinner in aid of Fundación Conciencia on Friday 2 October from 20:00, bringing together gastronomy and solidarity for an evening dedicated to supporting the foundation’s social work in Ibiza.
For the occasion, CBbC Cala Bassa presents a specially curated menu that combines quality ingredients, culinary technique and a range of international influences. The evening begins with a selection of hot and cold appetisers, followed by a fish course, a meat course and dessert.
Guests can choose between two specially created menus: a traditional option and a vegetarian alternative. Both feature original dishes prepared exclusively for the evening, with each guest selecting their preferred menu when making their reservation.
The dining experience is complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing designed to enhance the flavours and nuances of each course, together with drinks throughout the evening.
Tickets are priced at €80 per person and places are limited.
