Set along Ibiza’s west coast, the restaurant is a stunning setting, with the sparkling colours of the Mediterranean sea below. Designed as an open window to the island's gradual transition from daylight into sunset, it integrates the breathtaking surrounding landscape into the dining experience for its guests.
Balancing precision and intensity, the menu combines elements of both cuisines, with dishes such as ceviche, tiradito and sashimi sitting alongside flame-finished plates. A signature cocktail programme is the perfect companion to the food offering, with a meticulous focus on colour, balance and presentation.
