On 12 August, Can Secret restaurant at Agroturismo Safragell in Sant Llorenç de Balàfia is hosting an exclusive evening centred around the solar eclipse.
The experience begins with a guided tasting of four curated wines (two whites, two reds) paired with specially crafted gourmet bites. Guests will then participate in an engaging presentation on the eclipse's most intriguing aspects, followed by a mindfulness meditation session set in the Ibizan countryside to foster a calm, conscious connection with the surroundings.
The night concludes with a cocktail-style dinner showcasing the restaurant's signature 'Cuina amb ànima' ('Cooking with soul') ethos. The culinary spread features eight savoury dishes made with seasonal produce from their own kitchen garden, a signature dessert, and paired wines and non-alcoholic drinks.
Priced at €140 per person including all activities, and the cocktail-style dinner.
