After the summer break, Casa Club, the restaurant at Golf Ibiza, is back for another Balearic Afternoon of Gildas & Music this Sunday, 13 September, from 14:00 till late.
They have teamed up with some of their favourite restaurants and chefs who have prepared their own version of a gilda, the Basque Pintxo, a skewer typically made up of a green olive, a pickled guindilla pepper (piparra), and a salted anchovy.
Come and taste the varieties of these delicious bites. Each venue will also share its musical inspiration and story behind Ibiza.
Expect a ton of gildas, Mezcal and Vodka cocktails, as well as their choice of beer, Brutus Beer.
From 17:00, there will also be a burger bar, so don't fear, you won't go hungry!
