Club tickets and boat parties

Cancellations and modifications:

For all tickets which are purchased directly from Ibiza Spotlight (whose name will appear on your Credit Card account), you can cancel your tickets free of charge in My orders and will receive a refund of the full amount.*

You can't change tickets, but you can cancel, refund and book again. Cancelations are only accepted up until 24 hours before the event. As long as you cancel at least 24 hours before the event, you will receive a full refund.*

*Except for some special parties or tickets with limited availability or special discount prices which can not be cancelled or have a different cancelation policy. These parties are labelled clearly in your basket and email confirmation.

View & print tickets

You can view and print your tickets from My orders at any time.

Activity tickets

Ticket lost, Cancellations and modifications:

If you loose your ticket, please send an EMAIL to shop@ibiza-spotlight.com from the email account used to make the original booking, clearly stating your NAME and VOUCHER ORDER NUMBER, and we will resend the ticket.

If you have to cancel your ticket or change it, please also send an EMAIL to shop@ibiza-spotlight.com in which you clearly state your NAME and VOUCHER ORDER NUMBER and we will handle your request. Please check the cancellation conditions which you find on your ticket and also on the activity's page.
