Hidden away amongst lush green surroundings, between Ibiza town and San José. The local bar selling basic products is within a 5 min walk and excellent fish restaurants can be found at the nearby beaches. The celeb 'A' list beach of Jondal and pretty Sa Caleta beach are only 2 km away.

A refundable breakage deposit of 500 Euros is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

Can Andreau exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect for great beaches and going out and the Villa itself is tucked away and totally private down a long track. The high light is the pool area which is beautifully set and has great views, a bar, outdoor speakers....what more do you want?! The inside of the villa is clean, traditional and very comfortable, with a lovely out door eating area. We visited it as a group of friends which was perfect but I would also recommend it for families. There is a small shop at the end of the lane which has day to day supplies, good security, nicely landscaped and all in all a total success. We will return!

I never expected the villa to be as great as it looks like on the website pictures, but it definitely did!
Furthermore, I was surprised to arrive at the villa from the airport with our rental car after only eight minutes.
The building itself is perfect for a group of six like us with a separate bathroom for every two persons. All you can possible need is there.
The best thing about the villa however is outside, next to a nice frontyard garden there is the beautiful swimming pool at the back. The pool has very comfortable beds and features a Bose sound system to which we connected our Ipods to keep the music going pre- or afterparty.
We stayed at the Can Andreu villa mid September when the island is a bit quieter than during the season. The villa is located on it's own hill and with no other buildings in sight the place feels really relaxed and quiet.

the villa is simply stunning, brilliant security with electric gates and an alarm system so we felt really safe. The villa is spacious and the pool area is just amazing with a separate chill out area with a stereo system and fridge!! We didn't want to come home! I would highly recommend car hire as we had problems trying to get taxis to pick us up because they didn't understand where the villa was! You can walk to the main road and flag down a taxi. We are booking again for next year! You won't regret it!! The villa owners were very helpful, and were just lovely. Everything is provided for you, they have thought of everything
