The beaches in the area are particularly good for launching boats, there are also some remarkable fishing waters just off the coast of Ibiza, with a whole host of fish species found in the area.

The outdoor areas of this beautiful property boast a large pool, various outdoor dining areas as well as 2 chill out areas, a BBQ and beautiful gardens. The pool of 11m x 5m is surrounded by high quality wooden decking, sun loungers and parasols, here you can relax and enjoy the hot summer sun or watch the sunset.
