Montauk Steakhouse is a meat lover's paradise, with succulent cuts from the best national and international sources, all preserved at the optimal temperature and humidity in its climate-controlled display case lined with Himalayan salt bricks. Naturally, meat dishes from the wood-fired barbecue take centre stage, but plenty of delicious fish and vegetarian options are also available. Expect a first-class dining experience in opulent surroundings at the Montauk Steakhouse.

Minami Japanese Restaurant
As the name suggests, Minami Japanese Restaurant is the home to the very best cuisine of the East Asian archipelago. Sushi and sashimi, with their aphrodisiacal reputations, are on the menu of course, as are teppanyaki, noodles, and other evocative and innovative compositions.
Make sure to include something spicy from the menu, as well as a bottle of wine or sake, for a delightfully romantic supper. Minami is positioned directly behind the Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel stage, so getting to the party is a breeze!
