A new addition to Santa Eulalia’s thriving food scene, Pepita offers an innovative concept of ‘cuisine tapas’ sharing dishes made by British star chef Dave Bone using organic, local and seasonal produce. Instead of the usual ‘patatas bravas’ or meatballs in gravy, expect a variety of more unusual creations such as sliced courgette and torched squid in shellfish sauce. With a big focus on sustainable gastronomy, Pepita has also started to introduce forward-thinking ‘zero waste’ dishes.
