Disco odyssey Glitterbox's bold new Ibiza season is now well underway, but the surprises keep coming...
United by values of freedom, diversity and self-expression, the party's move to Amnesia has made for a powerful coming together of two nightlife super-powers. With two shows down, the collaboration continues to bear fruit - and the latest announcement is a big one.
Glitterbox and Amnesia are proud to reveal an exclusive live performance from the one and only Grace Jones. The iconic diva is one of the most enduring artists of the last five decades. She lives in the very DNA of everything Glitterbox stands for.
Musician, fashion revolutionary, club culture pioneer and symbol of fearless self-expression, Grace Jones is a singular artist in the truest meaning of the phrase.
The date is confirmed for Friday 24 July - and we envision it being a full house.
News of Grace Jones' impending appearance is joined by that of Jorja Smith, who has been added to the already stacked closing party line-up on 9 October. They stand alongside live PAs previously announced, including Barbara Tucker, Julie McKnight and Revival House Project.

When long-running parties switch clubs, there's a danger that the magic cultivated at former home may dissipate in transition. Thankfully, we can say hand-on-heart that this is a jinx that Glitterbox has not fallen foul of.
Despite only opening a fortnight ago, Glitterbox is already sparkling at its new home. Not least, with a jaw-dropping live PA from disco vixen Sophie Ellis-Bextor at its opening party (pictured above). Instantly iconic.
With Amnesia celebrating fifty years at the forefront of Ibiza’s nightlife, Glitterbox’s arrival promises a season that honours the past while celebrating the present in a manner that doesn’t compromise on clubbing heritage. Adulterated dancefloor joy guaranteed.
Tickets for the remaining 19 parties, including the tantalising dates with Grace Jones and Jorja Smith, are on sale now and available now. We continue this coming Friday with Honey Dijon, Natasha Diggs and the return of Armand Van Helden and Skream Does Disco.
