Some labels arrive, make a lot of noise and disappear again as quickly as they appeared, but 18 years later, Cécille Records is still here and sounding as relevant as ever.
After a standout one-off at Akasha earlier this spring, the Mannheim-born imprint comes to the Med this summer for a four-date residency at Playa Soleil.
The residency lands on 19 June, 17 July and 14 and 21 August. Each one takes place over twelve hours between 18:00 and 06:00 and moving throughout the venue's different zones.
The full Cécille journey will be on display, starting with sunset sessions overlooking Playa d'en Bossa beach, before rolling deep into the night inside Playa Soleil’s modern high-tech club space.
Across the four dates, DJs include top-quality producers, selectors and label affiliates Archie Hamilton, Fleur Shore, Hector Couto, Jay de Lys, Joey Daniel, Paul Woolford, Reboot and S.A.M. all join Nick Curly, alongside a host of emerging names and unannounced guests.
Founded in 2007 by Curly and Marc Scholl, Cécille has become a benchmark for stripped-back, loop-driven House music with unmistakable rolling grooves and authentic underground aura.
From the label’s early releases through to current output, its philosophy has remained refreshingly simple: timeless music, made with care.
From the records themselves to the artwork surrounding them, every detail reflects the passion and craftsmanship that have defined the brand since day one.
One Cécille release is all it takes to have you hooked. This one's for the proper House heads.
Tickets for the first date are on sale now and can be found below.
