elrow and Dan Popper transform [UNVRS] into new theme Bhūtarāh for opening party
elrow will transform [UNVRS] on its return to the hyper-club on Saturday 6 June. It launches new them Bhūtarāh for the opening party, linking up with the latest in a growing line of visual artists who have collaborated with the world's biggest party brand.
Internationally revered sculptor Dan Popper is known for creating living architectures. He has previously worked on installations for Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) and Afrikaburn, but now he lends his creative acumen to elrow.
He follows in the footsteps of contemporaries San Miguel (Kaos Garden), Ron English (Delusionville) and Alex & Allyson Grey (Hallucinarium), who have all contributed in recent years. Their respective themes are also back this summer, alongside the classic Nowmads.
With Bhūtarāh, Dan Popper's vision aligns with elrow’s modus operandi, creating an environment where art is not merely observed by the audience, but actively participated in.
Bhūtarāh is a living and breathing organism, where matter transforms into experience and nature becomes conscious.
Derived from the ancient dead language of Sanskrit, Bhūta represents the fundamental elements of nature, while rāh evokes radiating energy. Together, they form an ancestral entity - a guardian intelligence that exists between the visible and the invisible.

Audience participation, including fancy dress, is not only welcomed but encouraged at elrow
At the heart of this theme stands the Mother of the Forest - an Aministic deity who embodies the soul of the world. Other characters you will encounter include the Artemis Cats and Kodama, not to mention the crazy cast of the elrow animation team.
They inhabit and interact within a scenographic realm set against a sensory landscape.
elrow has broken with tradition in 2026 by promising to introduce two brand new creations this term. The second as-yet-unknown theme will launch at the closing party, as we've come to expect.
If you're still reading, you're probably wondering about the other important element: the DJs playing!
Luciano, Manda Moor, Marco Faraone and Bastian Bux will all appear at the opening party, with the roster for rest of the season to be announced soon (if you get the sense that DJs take a backseat role for elrow, then you'd be one hundred per cent correct).
Tickets for the opening party and all dates are on sale below. You can also find them by visiting our party calendar.
