Originally a Buenos Aires underground group, Bersuit Vergarabat have passed through many iterations since founding in 1987.
Combining transgressive Rock, Latin American influences, socially critical lyrics and highly theatrical live performances, the band have steadily built up a fanbase around the world.
Many of those ardent followers are located in Spain, which is why their concert '25 años con España' (25 years with Spain) in Las Dalias' garden on Thursday 11 September is sure to be a sellout.
Over the years, Bersuit Vergarabat have truly set their mark on the Spanish music scene with 240 shows in over 40 Spanish cities, collaborations with leading artists and underground anthems such as El estallido, Sr. Cobranza, La petisita culona and La Bolsa.
Blending Rock with Latin American rhythms such as Cumbia, Tango, Reggae, Chacarera and Candombe, they have built a veritable cultural bridge between Argentina and Spain.
On this occasion, they will be presenting their latest work, Cocoliche Life (2024), to honour that special connection.
Doors will open at 20:00, offering the cosmopolitan audience the chance to enjoy an evening of music, dance and memories celebrating the richness of Ibero-American music.
Fans (big shoutout to the island’s Argentine community, who will be there in force!) and newcomers alike are invited to catch this legendary band in the penultimate live concert of Las Dalias' Live Music series this year.
