The Milanese are coming. Ibiza's promotional campaign in the city in co-ordination with AC Milan football club is paying dividends. Ibiza is the only Spanish destination whose share of the Italian market has grown whilst others have declined, and the Ibiza pavilion at the Milan tourist fare was the most popular there.
More concretely, two Italian tour operators will be bringing eight charter flights per week from Milan starting from the 1st April though the vast majority of the Italians will be arriving in July and August.
